REFLECTION

Experience: From week 1 to week 12 I have experienced learning this module and for me, this module was very helpful and insightful.  Thanks to Ms. Lilian for implementing the group feedback system this kind of feedback helped to open my perspective and learn from other friends as well.  The continuous task from this module was enjoyable even though it is time-consuming (it's a lot of process) but I like how we can express ourselves and experiment with design.

Observations: Tasks in this module require a lot of documents for submission and it would be tiring if I had to do it in one day (it happened), but fortunately I can follow the timeline that Ms. Lilian gave me.  The task submission timeline is very effective for me so it reduced my burden this semester because this module finished earlier compared to this module, I aspire to be disciplined like this module and apply it to another module I learn.  Also, I realize that this module has so many items in the submission that sometimes makes me forget details like putting color so I had to make sure every time I had to finalize the module, but so far this module is very fun and helped me to be more precise in doing my work.

Findings: Throughout this semester while learning Brand Corporate Identity I found that creating a brand is not just "I have an Idea, let's open a shop and print the brand" but there's a lot more behind that, a systematic yet beautiful process, from sketching to digitalizing the logo.  It is like building a house, you have to collect the materials and make the foundations, and when the building is ready you have to make sure that every detail is done nicely, and then you have to fill the house with furniture that matches the concept of your house, it is a lot of work and took a lot of time.  Creating a logo and a house is not just about how it looks on the outside, but also how you feel when you see it and how you think about the story behind it.
